No, we are a Private Practice and do not offer Bulk Billing for any of our Psychology services


No, you do not need a plan in place for us to provide Psychology services.

However without one, you will not be eligible for a Medicare rebate.


No, you can only make a claim through one or the other.


Each provider and their level of cover is individualised to your plan.

You will need to check with your Private Health insurer to check your personal rebate amount. 


You are welcome to use Private Health either before or after utilising a Medicare treatment plan. 


Yes. 


We understand that paying a late cancellation/failure to attend fee can be frustrating, but as clients, we value your business, and in turn, ask that you value our business scheduling and cancellation policy.


If you are unable to attend, we require a minimum of 24 business hours notice, for the late cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.


This allows us to offer the available appointment to other clients on our extensive waitlist.

 

Failure to attend, or Cancellation without sufficient notice, will incur a fee of $100.


Unfortunately, we do not provide any reports for Court or Family related matters.


No, our clinician's are currently only offering Psychological services to adults 18 years and over.
